The activation of the guarantee is MANDATORY: without it, SBW shall not be liable for any defect of the watch.



Any watch purchased from Stefano Braga Watches is guaranteed by us for a period of 4 years from the original purchase date and activation of it.

This warranty covers: the operation of the movement for a period of 4 years from the original purchase date, except for the battery and strap.

The strap has a 1 year warranty with the exclusion of wear problems.


This warranty covers: 

- any factory defects

- problems with the movement's running

- The strap has a 1 year warranty with the exclusion of wear problems

In the event of immediately noticeable manufacturing defects, the watch must be returned undamaged in its original packaging for replacement/repair.

- Battery
- Normal wear damages (for example scratches on the metal surface or on the glass, alteration of colors,...)
- Damage to the watch due to inappropriate use (e.g. lack of care, neglect, accidents, blows, breakages)
- Mistreatment, such as violent impacts, exposure to corrosive materials, excessive temperatures
- Incorrect time setting without following the instructions
- Theft or loss
- Repair carried out by an unauthorized Stefano Braga Watches service center
- Exposure to powerful magnetic fields
- Any damage caused by water that exceeds the resistance limits declared by the manufacturer

Please Note: any repair of an automatic or mechanical quartz watch by a service center not authorized by SBW will void the warranty.



All new watches purchased from SBW come with our four year warranty. All items sold by SBW are 100% brand new. If your watch has a problem, we have a state of the art repair center on premises. We can fix the problems in-house on any automatic or quartz watch.

Our support agents will give you instructions for returning the watch to us. Once we receive your watch, we will evaluate it, determine what needs to be repaired and how long the repair will take and provide you with a specific estimate. Once the repair is complete, we will carefully check the watch to ensure it is operating properly before returning it to you.


Watches, especially automatic winding, are very complex. Some have over 400 very small parts. Our watchmakers are skilled at disassembling, fixing and putting your watch back together with the most precision and care. It's important that we take our time and make sure it works perfectly before sending it back to you. As a result, some repairs may take a long time to complete. Combined with the time needed to evaluate and quality check once the repair is complete, most repairs will take approximately 2-10 weeksdepending on the complexity of the watch and the problem.
